摘 要:针对弹用减压器产品的高可靠性的需求,对减压器关键零部件,识别关键设计参数弹簧刚度和胶圈摩擦力。针对减压器的出口压力数据构造了响应面模型,并结合性能响应与技术指标阈值的关系建立极限状态函数,采用蒙特卡洛仿真抽样的方法获得减压器在贮存条件和使用环境条件故障模式下的可靠性指标。引入灵敏度分析方法,给出各关键部件对减压器可靠性的影响程度和规律,确定各关键部件设计参数的优化方向,有效反映减压器设计参数对失效的影响程度。从可靠性理论角度研究减压器的失效,提出基于性能仿真的可靠性设计优化方法,为减压器的设计参数优化提供参考。Aiming at the demand of high reliability of missile pressure reducer,spring stiffness and rubber ring friction are identified as key design parameters of pressure reducer.According to the outlet pressure data of the pressure reducer,the response surface model is constructed,and the limit state function is established according to the relationship between the performance response and the technical indicator threshold.Monte Carlo sampling method is used to obtain the reliability of the pressure reducer under the fault mode of storage condition and operating environment condition.The sensitivity analysis method is introduced,the influence degree and law of each key component on the reliability of the pressure reducer are given,and the optimization direction of the design parameters of each key component is determined,which effectively reflects the influence of the design parameters of the pressure reducer on the failure degree.The failure of pressure reducer is studied from the reliability theory,and the reliability design optimization method based on performance simulation is proposed,which provides reference for the optimization of the design parameters of pressure reducer.
