摘　　要：在低碳经济背景下,LNG作为一种清洁、绿色、环保的新能源,已成为全球能源中需求量最大的一种。大力发展LNG用低温阀门的生产工艺和产品,是发展清洁能源、控制大气污染、降低温室效应的当务之急。LNG用低温阀门作为LNG生产控制的关键,要提高LNG用低温阀门的总体质量,就必须对生产工艺进行全面探究,确保LNG用低温阀门发挥作用。LNG应用的低温阀门有低温截止阀、低温球阀、低温蝶阀、低温止回阀和低温闸阀等。低温技术的一个大问题是阀座泄漏的可能性,选择正确的阀门和制造工艺,他们可以避免工况上许多问题。本文结合实际,对LNG用低温阀门的生产工艺和产品进行了深入研究,希望能为LNG行业的发展做出贡献。In the context of Low-carbon economy,LNG,as a clean,green and environmentally friendly new energy,has become the largest demand of global energy.Vigorously developing the production process and products of low-temperature valves for LNG is an urgent task for developing clean energy,controlling air pollution,and reducing greenhouse effect.Low temperature valves for LNG are the key to LNG production control.To improve the overall quality of low-temperature valves for LNG,it is necessary to comprehensively explore the production process and ensure that low-temperature valves for LNG play their due role.The low-temperature valves used in LNG applications include low-temperature globe valves,low-temperature ball valves,low-temperature butterfly valves,low-temperature check valves,low-temperature gate valves,etc.A major problem of cryogenic technology is the possibility of valve seat leakage.Choosing the correct valve and manufacturing process can avoid many problems under working conditions.This article conducts in-depth research on the production process and products of low-temperature valves for LNG based on practical situations,hoping to contribute to the development of the LNG industry.
