羊流产衣原体病的治疗试验

摘　　要：将衣原体抗体和抗原检测均为阳性的36只绵羊分为A、B、C 3组,每组12只,开展药物治疗试验研究,A、B组分别用盐酸四环素和泰妙菌素治疗,C组为对照组,不做任何治疗。用药16 d后,用实时荧光定量PCR检测3组绵羊的阴道拭子和眼拭子样品,结果显示:A、B组试验羊衣原体均转为阴性,C组仍为阳性,表明用上述药物治疗衣原体有效。Thirty-six sheep that tested positive for Chlamydia antibodies and antigens were divided into three groups:Group A,Group B and Group C.Twelve sheep in each group,conducting experimental investigation on drug therapy.GroupA and Group B was treated with Tetracycline hydrochloride and Tiamulin respectively,while Group C was the control group and did not receive any treatment.After 16 days of therapeutic trial,Real-time flu⁃orescence quantitative PCR was used to detect vaginal and eye swab samples from the three groups of sheep.The results showed that:Those sheep in group A and B were negative,sheep in group C were still positive,and indica⁃ted that the two drugs mentioned above are effective in treating sheep chlamydiosis.
