数据要素对人力资本结构的影响与作用机制——基于实体部门与虚拟部门的视角

摘　　要：分析数据要素对实体部门与虚拟部门人力资本结构的影响与机制,并使用2011—2022年的省级面板数据运用工具变量进行实证检验。研究结果表明:第一,数据要素的发展优化了实体部门与虚拟部门人力资本结构,提高了实体部门与虚拟部门人力资本水平的比值。第二,使用替换指标、更换工具变量与更改划分范围的方法进行稳健性检验表明结论稳健。第三,异质性检验的结果表明,东部地区、中部地区、经济发展水平较高和人力资本水平较高的地区数据要素对实体部门与虚拟部门人力资本结构的影响显著,西部地区、经济发展水平较低和人力资本水平较低的地区影响不显著。第四,机制分析的结果表明,工资溢价和产业结构高级化是数据要素影响实体部门与虚拟部门人力资本结构的机制。This paper analyzes the impact and mechanism of data elements on the human capital structure of physical and virtual departments,and uses the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022 to conduct an empirical test using the tool variables.The research results show that,firstly,the development of data elements optimizes the human capital structure of physical and virtual departments,and improves the ratio of the human capital level of physical departments to that of virtual departments.Secondly,the results of the robustness test using the methods of replacing indicators,replacing instrumental variables and changing the scope of division show that this conclusion is robust.Thirdly,the results of the heterogeneity test show that the data elements of the eastern region,the central region,the regions with higher economic development level and higher human capital level have a significant impact on the human capital structure of the physical and virtual sectors,while the western region,the regions with lower economic development level and lower human capital level have no significant impact.Fourthly,the results of mechanism analysis show that wage premium and industrial structure upgrading are the mechanisms by which data elements affect the human capital structure of entities and virtual departments.
