摘  要:水轮发电机组具有启停灵活的特点,一般开机并网可在较短时间内完成,但停机因机组惯性较大,若无外力干预情况下时间会很长。运用合适的制动系统辅助停机可大大缩短停机时间,使机组快速恢复至可再次开机状态,提高机组的可调用时间。本文对现有水轮发电机组机械制动和电气制动系统进行分析比较,可用于优化水轮发电机组停机制动方式选择。The hydro-generator sels are characterized by flexible startup and shutdown Generally,the startup and grid connection can be completed in a short time.However,since the inertia of the hydro-generator sets is rather large,the shutdown will take a long time if there is no external intervention.The shutdown time can be greatly shortened by using a suitable braking system to assist the shutdown,so that the hydro-generator sets can quickly meet the startup conditions,improving the callable time of the hydro-generator sets.This paper analyzes and compares the existing mechanical and electric braking systems of hydro-generator sets,thus optimizing the selection of shutdown braking modes for hydro-generator sets.
