便携式X射线荧光光谱仪在白矾快速检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索使用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪对白矾的真伪及控制元素的含量进行快速检测的方法,以提高抽检的靶向性。方法使用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪的矿石(铜锌)模式,选择主范围滤波片和低范围滤波片,对应工作时间设置为45 s和15 s,先对仪器进行校正,再用标准样品进行检测限、重复性和准确度的考察,最后手持仪器测定白矾样品的各元素含量,并与按药典检验的结果及使用自建的电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定的各元素含量进行比较。结果便携式X射线荧光光谱仪快检结果与按药典检验结果及自建电感耦合等离子体质谱法测得的结果具有一致性。结论便携式X射线荧光光谱仪可用于抽检现场对白矾样品进行快速检测,或固定实验室对白矾的真伪及控制元素含量进行快速筛查或辅助确证。OBJECTIVE To explore the method of using portable X⁃ray fluorescence spectrometer to quickly detect the authenticity of alumen and the content of control elements,so as to improve the targeting of sam⁃pling.METHODS Use the ore(copper and zinc)mode of the portable X⁃ray fluorescence spectrometer,select the main range filter and the low range filter,and set the corresponding working time to 45 seconds and 15 seconds.First calibrate the instrument,and then use the standard sample to inspect the detection limit,repeatability and accuracy,and finally measure the element content of the alumen sample with the hand⁃held instrument,The results were com⁃pared with those determined by the pharmacopoeia and the self⁃built inductively coupled plasma mass spectrome⁃try.RESULTS The rapid test results of the portable X⁃ray fluorescence spectrometer were consistent with those of the pharmacopoeia and the self⁃built inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.CONCLUSION The portable X⁃ray fluorescence spectrometer can be used for rapid detection of alumen samples at the sampling site,or for rapid screening or auxiliary confirmation of the authenticity of alumen and the content of controlled elements in a fixed la⁃boratory.
