摘 要:目的评价智能分拣系统在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的应用效果,为PIVAS自动化建设提供参考。方法对比智能分拣系统使用前后平均每袋成品输液的分拣时间、分拣强度、分拣差错率及临床科室满意度等指标的变化,评价智能分拣系统在PIVAS的应用效果。结果使用智能分拣系统后,平均分拣每袋成品输液的时间由8.35 s下降为3.22 s,降低了61.43%,每日工作强度下降了67.22%,总差错率下降了88.87%,提高了临床科室对PIVAS的满意度。结论智能分拣系统优化了PIVAS的流程,改善了环境,在提高工作效率及降低差错方面起到重要作用,使药师有更多的精力投入到临床服务中。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application effect of intelligent sorting system in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS)and to provide references for the development of automation of PIVAS.METHODS To compare the changes in the average sorting time of each bag of finished infusion,sorting intensity,sorting error rate and satisfaction rate of clinical departments before and after using the intelligent sorting system,and to evaluate the application effect of the intelligent sorting system in PIVAS.RESULTS After using the intelligent sorting system,the average sorting time of each bag of finished infusion decreased from 8.35 s to 3.22 s,a 61.43%reduction,the daily work intensity decreased by 67.22%,the total error rate decreased by 88.87%,and the satisfaction of clinical departments with PIVAS was improved.CONCLUSION The intelligent sorting system optimized the process of PI⁃VAS,improved the environment,and played an important role in improving work efficiency and reducing errors,allo⁃wing pharmacists to devote more energy to clinical services.
