摘　　要：目的通过记录、对比和总结不同工作模式下自动分包机的使用情况,充分发挥不同分包机的优势特点,提高我院自动分包机的工作效率。方法观察并记录我院2台自动分包机在使用过程中的性能特点、摆盘情况,同时调取自动分包机的后台工作数据,分析、对比和讨论。结果与结论不同自动分包机的优势特点不同,根据其不同的性能特点设置相应的工作流程,同时结合临床科室对长期、临时、首剂医嘱的需求,考虑不同临床科室的用药特点,合理规划医嘱的确认时间以及摆药进度,确保临床一线可以准确快速拿到单剂量口服药品。OBJECTIVE By recording,comparing and summarizing the use of automatic dispensing machines in different working modes,we can give full play to the advantages and characteristics of different machines and improve the working efficiency.METHODS To observe and record the performance characteristics of 2 automatic machines during use.At the same time,the work data were collected for analysis,comparison and discussion.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The advantages and characteristics of different automatic dispensers were different,and the corre⁃sponding workflow was set according to their different performance characteristics.At the same time,combined with the needs of clinical departments for long⁃term,temporary and first⁃dose medical orders,different drug habit of clini⁃cal departments are considered,and the confirmation time of medical orders and drug delivery schedule were reasona⁃bly planned to ensure that the clinical front line could get a single dose of oral drugs accurately and quickly.
