摘 要:铁路线路方案比选是复杂的多目标决策问题,科学合理的开展线路方案比选对合理确定线路走向极其重要。采用改进密切值决策方法作为铁路线路方案比选的理论支撑,选取建筑长度、桥隧总长、伊阿铁路投资、路网中区域3条铁路的总投资、覆盖经济据点、运量吸引及路网布局等7个因子作为评价指标,利用层次分析法计算评价因子的权重,引入欧氏距离概念得到各方案与最优点和最劣点的“距离”,并计算相应的密切值,进而对线路方案排序择优。以新建伊宁至阿克苏铁路线路走向方案比选为例,结合上述理论方法进行实例研究。研究表明,采用层次分析法计算评价因子权重,采用改进密切值决策方法对方案进行排序择优具有逻辑严谨、形象客观等特点,该方法是适用于铁路线路方案比选的理论方法。The comparison and selection of railway line routing schemes is a complex multi-objective decision-making problem.It is extremely important to carry out the comparison and selection of line routing schemes scientifically and rationally to reasonably determine the route of the line.In this paper,the improved osculating value decision-making method is used as the theoretical support for the comparison and selection of railway line routing schemes.Seven major factors,including building length,total length of bridges and tunnels,investment of the line,total investment of three regional railways in the network,economic strongholds covered,traffic volume attraction and railway network layout,are selected as evaluation indicators.The weight of evaluation factors is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process,the concept of Euclidean distance is introduced to obtain the “distance” between each scheme and the best and worst points,the corresponding close value is calculated and then used by the railway route selection schemes for sorting and selecting.The paper takes the route plan of the newly built Yining-Akesu Railway Line as an example,and conducts a case study combined with the above theoretical methods.The research shows that calculating the weight of evaluation factors based on AHP and using the improved Osculating Value Method to rank and select the best options have the characteristics of rigorous logic and objective image.This method is a theoretical method suitable for the comparison and selection of railway lines.
