自贸区对城市绿色全要素生产率的影响效应研究

摘　　要：基于2007-2019年278个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用事件研究法、潜因子模型、合成DID以及广义合成控制等方法评估了自贸区设立对城市绿色全要素生产率的影响,以及要素配置、技术创新、外商投资等因素的中间机制及其效应。结果表明:自贸区设立显著促进了城市绿色全要素生产率增长,且促进效应随着时间的推移而加强;将绿色全要素生产率分解为技术效率和技术进步后发现,自贸区设立对城市技术效率的促进作用具有显著性,对城市技术进步的作用不具有显著性;在自贸区作用城市绿色全要素生产率的过程中,技术创新和资本错配发挥显著性的中介作用,劳动错配和外商投资的中间作用不具有显著性。Based on the panel data of 278 prefecture-level and above cities from 2007 to 2019,this paper uses the event study method,latent factor model,synthetic DID,and generalized synthetic control to evaluate the impact of the establishment of free trade zones(FTZ)on urban green total factor productivity(GTFP),as well as the intermediate mechanisms and effect of factors such as factor allocation,technological innovation,and foreign investment.The results show that the establish-ment of free trade zones has significantly promoted the growth of urban green total factor productivity,and the promotion effect has been strengthened over time.After the decomposition of GTFP into technical efficiency and technological progress,it is found that the establishment of free trade zones has a significant role in promoting urban technical efficiency but has no significant effect on urban technological progress.Technological innovation and capital mismatch play a significant intermedi-ate role in establishing the free trade zone,but not the labor mismatch and FDI.
