多层螺旋CT及重建技术对下颌骨骨折的诊断价值分析

摘  要:目的 探讨多层螺旋CT及重建技术对下颌骨骨折的诊断价值。方法 选择2020年1月—2022年10月于我院治疗的44例疑似下颌骨骨折患者,均由临床颌面部手术结果作为诊断的金标准,比较X射线片与多层螺旋CT及重建技术对下颌骨骨折的诊断准确率。结果经手术确诊:下颌骨骨折44例,骨折52处;经X射线片确诊:下颌骨骨折28例,骨折42处;经多层螺旋CT及重建技术确诊:下颌骨骨折44例,骨折51处。两种检查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.527,P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT及重建技术对下颌骨骨折的诊断价值明显优于X射线片,可为临床的诊断和治疗提供参考依据,值得应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi multi-slice spiral CT and reconstruction technology in mandibular fractures.Methods A total of 44 patients with suspected mandibular fracture treated in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected.The clinical maxillofacial surgical results served as the gold standard for diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray films and multi-slice spiral CT combined with reconstruction technology for mandibular fractures was compared.Results Through surgical confirmation:44 cases of mandibular fractures were identified with a total of 52 fracture sites.Using X-ray films:28 cases of mandibular fractures were diagnosed with a total of 42 fracture sites.Using multi-slice spiral CT and reconstruction technology:44 cases of mandibular fractures were diagnosed with a total of 51 fracture sites.Comparing the results of the two examination methods,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.527,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and its reconstruction technology for mandibular fractures is significantly superior to that of X-ray films.It can provide a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worth applying.
