摘　　要：介绍了一种采用超低聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂与SG5型聚氯乙烯树脂替代SG8型聚氯乙烯树脂研制高抗冲聚氯乙烯管件专用料的方法。最佳配方为:超低聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂与SG5型聚氯乙烯树脂质量份数比为20∶80,轻质碳酸钙用量35份,润滑体系中的PE蜡、硬脂酸用量0.6份,生产的管件制品拉伸强度和抗冲击性能较优,表面光泽度较好。A method of developing PVC material special for high impact pipe fitting using ultra low polymerization degree PVC resin and SG5 type PVC resin instead of SG8 type PVC resin was introduced.The optimal formula is:the mass ratio of ultra low polymerization degree polyvinyl chloride resin to SG5 type polyvinyl chloride resin is 20∶80,the amount of lightweight calcium carbonate is 35 parts,and the amount of PE wax and stearic acid in the lubrication system is 0.6 parts.The produced pipe fittings have excellent tensile strength and impact resistance,and good surface glossiness.
