摘  要:针对回收氯乙烯单体精制过程中,固碱干燥器运行效果差导致回收单体夹带碱液的问题,对固碱干燥器和粗、精单体储槽排污系统进行自动化改造,实现了自动排污,回收单体中不含碱液,保证了聚合生产稳定。In response to the problem of poor operating efficiency of the solid alkali dryer during the refining process of recovered vinyl chloride monomer,which lead to the entrained alkaline solution in the recovered vinyl chloride monomer,the sewage system of the solid alkali dryer,that of coarse monomer storage tank and that of fine monomer storage tank had been automatically transformed.Thus,the automatic discharge was achieved,the recovered monomer did not contain alkali liquid,and the stable polymerization production was ensured.
