市域铁路工程微型隧道非开挖技术探讨

摘　　要：市域铁路工程建设中,排水管线改排前期工程若无法快速安全施工,会严重制约主体工程的开工建设。在排水管线改迁中,因受制于周边环境、场地条件、传统施工方法等而无法满足现场实施条件的情况愈加频繁,因此在特殊地段采用新工艺,以控制工程对周边环境的影响,并尽可能地满足现场需求变得尤为关键。上海市域铁路嘉闵线工程城北路站位于胜竹路与城北路路口,车站主体工程施工之前需在车站南侧新建DN 800污水排水管并下穿南港河。以DN 800排水管建设方案为例,分析和总结了微型排水隧道微型顶管法施工工艺特点、工期、造价、施工影响等,为市域铁路前期工程类似项目提供一种新的解决方案。With the development of suburban railway transportation,the preparatory engineering of urban railway projects has become increasingly complex.If the preparatory engineering cannot be carried out quickly and safely,it will seriously restrict the construction of the main engineering of the suburban railway project.However,for preparatory engineering such as the diversion of drainage tunnels,it has become increasingly frequent that it's hard to implement the construction due to the constraints of the surrounding environment,site conditions,traditional construction methods,etc.Therefore,it is particularly critical to adopt new processes in special sections of the preparatory engineering to control the construction impact on the surrounding environment and meet the site requirements as much as possible.Chengbei Road Station of the Shanghai Suburban Railway Jiamin Line Project is located at the intersection of Shengzhu Road and Chengbei Road.Before the construction of the main works of the station,a new DN 800 drainage tunnel should be built on the south side of the station and pass through the Nangang River.Taking the construction plan of the DN 800 drainage tunnel as an example,the characteristics,construction period,cost,and construction impact of the micro drainage tunnel constructed by the micro pipe jacking method are analyzed and summarized,providing a new solution for similar preparatory engineering of suburban railway projects.
