摘  要:目前盾构法隧道普遍使用装配式管片作为隧道的承载结构,而接头连接件形式是装配式衬砌的关键。螺栓作为连接件安装直观可靠,可以保证要求的紧固力;但螺栓手孔对管片结构造成削弱,易引起孔边开裂,进而影响衬砌结构整体耐久性;螺栓的紧固依赖人工作业,施工质量受人为因素影响大,易造成错台,影响成型隧道质量。2019年,上海轨道交通18号线出入段线工程首次在外径为?6.6 m的盾构法区间隧道中试验性地应用了预埋承插式接头管片,隧道成型后质量优良,基本无病害,有效地降低了后期运营维护压力和成本。为了将预埋承插式接头管片进行扩展应用,依托上海轨道交通崇明线越江区间工程,开展了大直径隧道管片接头试验研究,探索了大直径过江隧道采用预埋承插式接头管片的设计新思路。At present,the assembled segments are generally applied in shield tunnels as the bearing structures,and the form of the segmental joint is the key to the assembled lining.Bolts are commonly used joints for segmental linings in China,including short and straight bolts,long and straight bolts,curved bolts,inclined bolts,etc.The bolts as joints are intuitive and reliable and can provide the required fastening force.However,the hand holes of the bolts weaken the segmental structure,which can easily cause cracks at the edge of the holes,thus affecting the overall durability of the lining structure.Furthermore,the fastening of the bolts relies on manual work,thus the quality of the construction is greatly affected by the influence of human factors,which can easily result in the step between segments and affect the quality of the tunnel.Therefore,in recent years,the new types of joints that are compliant for mechanized and automated construction have been widely studied and applied abroad,especially in Japan.In 2019,the access line of the Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 project first experimentally adopted the segments with socket joints in theφ6.6m shield interval tunnel.The quality of the tunnel is excellent after completion,basically free of disease,which effectively reduces the later operation and maintenance pressure and cost.To expand the application of the socket joints,based on the river-crossing interval tunnel of Shanghai Rail Transit Chongming Line,the experimental study of large diameter tunnel joints was carried out,and a new design idea of segments with socket joints for large diameter river-crossing tunnels was explored.
