摘  要:高速无源燃料棒235U富集度检测设备采用小型化模块化BGO+SiPM探测器串列及集成了放大、甄别、信号采集、网络传输、I/O功能的多通道核电子仪器组成检测体,设计恒温箱对检测体温度进行精准控制,通过燃料棒传输及上下料装置完成燃料棒235U富集度及棒内富集度异常芯块的全自动检测。设备具有良好的芯块年龄校正功能。测试表明,单通道96只探测器检测速度6 m/min时,富集度检测精度优于2.1%,对基体富集度3.4%、富集度偏差8.73%的异常芯块检出率为70%,检测置信度95%。The high-speed passive fuel rod^(235)U enrichment detection equipment adopts a miniaturized modular BGO+SiPM detector in series and a multi-channel nuclear electronic instrument integrated with amplification,discrimination,signal acquisition,network transmission,and I/O functions to form a detection body.A constant temperature box is designed to accurately control the detection temperature,and the fuel rod~(235)U enrichment and abnormal enrichment pellets inside the rod are fully automatically detected through the fuel rod transmission and loading and unloading devices.This detection equipment has good age correction function of pellet.The test shows that when the detection speed of 96 detectors in a single channel is 6 m/min,the enrichment detection accuracy is better than 2.1%,and the detection rate of abnormal pellets with a substrate enrichment of 3.4%and an enrichment deviation of 8.73%is70%,with a detection confidence of 95%.
