摘 要:层析伽马扫描(TGS)是一种先进的核废物桶无损检测技术,通过γ探测器对核废物桶进行扫描,可准确地实现核废物桶内放射性核素的定性、定量和定位分析。然而,在未知桶内介质情况下,传统固定探测时间的扫描方式可能导致能谱计数不足,限制了对废物桶的检测效率和准确性。针对该问题,提出一种基于特征峰净峰面积实时反馈的核废物包装体自适应扫描方法,并设计实现了阵列探测器层析γ扫描自适应检测软件系统。软件基于WPF平台和MVVM开发框架,使用西门子S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器设计自动检测流程,实现对扫描过程的自动精准控制。实验测试中,使用^(137)Cs放射源对桶内三种不同介质进行透射检测和图像重建,同时对软件功能进行了验证。结果表明,提出的方法可准确重建出桶内介质空间位置分布,有效提高了核废物桶的检测效率,为核废物桶快速扫描提供了新思路。Tomographic Gamma Scanning(TGS)is an advanced nondestructive testing technology for nuclear waste drums.By scanning nuclear waste drums with gamma detector,it can accurately realize the qualitative,quantitative and positioning analysis of radionuclides in nuclear waste drums.However,in the case of unknown media,the traditional scanning method with fixed detection time may lead to insufficient energy spectrum count,which limits the detection efficiency and accuracy of waste drums.To solve this problem,a self-adaptive scanning method for nuclear waste packaging based on real time feedback of characteristic peak net peak area was proposed,and a self-adaptive detection software system of array detector tomography gamma scanning was designed and implemented.The software is based on WPF platform and MVVM development framework,and uses Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller to design the automatic detection process,realizing the automatic and accurate control of the scanning process.In the experiment test,the transmission detection and image reconstruction of three different media in the barrel were carried out using ^(137)Cs radioactive source,and the software function was verified at the same time.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can accurately reconstruct the spatial distribution of the media in the drums,effectively improve the detection efficiency of nuclear waste drums,and provide a new idea for the rapid scanning of nuclear waste drums.
