摘　　要：介绍了模拟量电流输出模块的国产化替代,探讨了国产芯片SD2421A的模拟量电流输出的断线诊断改进方案,解决了原有方案导致输出电流最小值不满足4~20 mA输出范围的问题,并通过试验测试结果证明了改进方案的可行性。使模拟量电流输出模块不仅能实现断线诊断,还能满足电流输出范围的要求,提高了模块的可用性和可靠性。The scheme of domestic substitution is described which can realize analog current output.The improved method of disconnection diagnosis has been explored based on domestic chip SD2421A.It resolves the minimum value problem of output current.The original scheme cannot satisfy demand for 4~20 mA.The feasibility of the improved method is proved by the experiment.Analog current output circuit can not only realize disconnection diagnosis,but also meet the range requirements.At the same time,the stability and reliability of the circuit are improved.
