摘　　要：党的二十大报告强调,全体人民共同富裕是中国式现代化的基本特征与本质要求。这是党的二十大对完善我国分配制度提出的新要求。社会法的价值理念、基本原则、演进路径与实现共同富裕的目标相契合。通过国家协调、国家保障、社会连带、社会参与等多重机制的综合作用,社会法全方位、多手段地参与调整三次分配关系,在优化分配制度方面发挥重要功能,为实现共同富裕贡献法治方案。在我国迈入扎实推进共同富裕的崭新历史阶段,应全面完善我国的社会法法治体系,强化社会法实施,进一步发挥社会法优化分配制度的功能,为共同富裕的实现提供坚实的制度支撑与法治保障。The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China highlighted that the common prosperity for all people is the basic feature and essential requirement of Chinese modernization,and put forward new requirements for the optimization of China’s income distribution system.The concept,basic principles and evolution path of social law are consistent with the goal of achieving common prosperity.Through the comprehensive effects of multiple mechanisms such as national coordination,national guarantee,social solidarity and social participation,the social law participates in the adjustment of the three distribution relations in an all-round and multi-means manner,playing an important role in optimizing the distribution system,and making a unique rule-of-law contribution to the realization of common prosperity.As China enters a new historical stage of solidly promoting common prosperity,we should comprehensively improve the rule of law system of social law,strengthen the implementation of social law,further exert the function of social law to optimize the distribution system,and provide solid institutional support and legal protection for the realization of common prosperity.
