内蒙古大兴安岭汗马国家级自然保护区花蝇科昆虫多样性及有瓣蝇类系统发生关系初探

摘　　要：内蒙古大兴安岭汗马国家级自然保护区的生态系统具有原始性和完整性,昆虫资源丰富,是东亚生物多样性丰富的地区之一。本文结合比较形态学和DNA条形码技术,对汗马国家级自然保护区的花蝇科昆虫进行增强性鉴定,明确了属、种数,并探讨了花蝇科昆虫与有瓣蝇类其他科间的系统发生关系;编制了分属和种的检索表,整理了22幅形态特征和外生殖器照片图。研究发现汗马国家级自然保护区花蝇科有9属11种,其中包括3中国新记录种:膜叉泉蝇[Eutrichota tunicata(Zetterstedt,1846)]、黑尾纤目花蝇[Lasiomma atricaudum(Zetterstedt,1845)]和缠结鞭隰蝇[Zaphne implicata(Huckett,1944)];8内蒙古新记录种:林毛眼花蝇[Alliopsis silvestris(Fallén 1824)]、柳植种蝇[Botanophila salicis(Ringdahl,1918)]、窄腹地种蝇[Delia tenuiventris(Zetterstedt,1860)]、宅城种蝇(Hylemya urbica van der Wulp,1896)、曲叶梓种蝇[H.partita(Meigen,1826)]、悬钩子泉蝇[Pegomya rubivora(Coquillett,1897)]、黄端泉蝇[P.winthemi(Meigen,1826)]和长针鞭隰蝇[Zaphne lineatocollis(Zetterstedt,1838)]。有瓣蝇类9科间的系统发生关系较复杂,需要开展进一步验证。The ecosystem of Hanma National Nature Reserve,Greater Khingan Mountains,Inner Mongolia is primitive and complete,rich in insect resources,and is one of the areas with rich biodiversity in East Asia.In this paper,the anthomyiid flies(Insecta,Diptera)were done with enhancement identification based on the combination of comparative morphology and DNA barcoding techniques.The species diversity of family Anthomyiidae in Diptera in the Hanma Nature Reserve were studied,the number of species and genera were clarified,and the phylogenetic relationships of Anthomyiidae and other families of the Calyptratae were preliminarily studied.The 22 plates with photos of morphological and genital features,and keys to genera and species were provided.The 11 species of 9 genera of Anthomyiidae were found in the Hanma Nature Reserve.Among them,three species are newly recorded,i.e.,Eutrichota tunicata(Zetterstedt,1846),Lasiomma atricaudum(Zetterstedt,1845)and Zaphne implicata(Huckett,1944),and 8species are newly recorded for Inner Mongolia,i.e.,Alliopsis silvestris(Fallén 1824),Botanophila salicis(Ringdahl,1918),Delia tenuiventris(Zetterstedt,1860),Hylemya urbica van der Wulp,1896,H.partita(Meigen,1826),Pegomya rubivora(Coquillett,1897),P.winthemi(Meigen,1826)and Zaphne lineatocollis(Zetterstedt,1838).The phylogenetic relationships among the 9families of the Calyptratae were complex and further validation needs to be carried out.
