摘　　要：草原在陆地生态系统方面发挥了重要作用,近年来草原资源环境的生态系统建设取得明显成效,但整体仍处在不进则退的爬坡过坎阶段,草原生态安全仍是国家生态安全的薄弱环节。本文综述了已有研究生态补偿理论的发展、草原生态补偿机制的构建历程以及草原生态补偿实践过程中面临的问题,并梳理了相关学者从草原资源产业升级、草原移民、草原产权明晰、完善草地承包使用制度、草原生态补偿立法、草原生态补偿标准等方面提出的对策。在此基础上,本文从跨学科视角进一步对草原生态补偿中存在的问题提出相关对策和建议。Grassland plays an important role in terrestrial ecosystems.In recent years,significant progress has been achieved in the construction of grassland resource and environment ecosystems.However,the overall situation is still in the stage of climbing or falling back,and the grassland ecological security is still a weak link of the national ecological security.This article reviewed the development of existing research on ecological compensation theory,the construction process of grassland ecological compensation mechanism,and the problems faced during the practice of grassland ecological compensation.It also sorted out the countermeasures proposed by relevant scholars from the aspects of upgrading grassland resource industry,grassland migration,clarifying grassland property rights,improving grassland contract use system,grassland ecological compensation legislation,grassland ecological compensation standards,and so on.On this basis,it further proposed relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in grassland ecological compensation from an interdisciplinary perspective.
