摘 要:为研究不同蒸发段和冷凝段长度比值对平板铝热管热性能的影响,通过实验分析了相同截面尺寸、相同填充工质、矩形微槽道和三角形微槽道的平板热管90°安装,以及采用连续递增的输入热流和冷凝段强制风冷换热时,9种不同比值对平板热管热性能的影响。研究结果表明:提出的平板微槽道热管蒸发段冷凝段长度比值对平板微槽道热管热性能的影响明显。优选的两种类型蒸发段冷凝段长度比值在0.8~1.25范围内,传热性能良好。对比不同微槽道的平板热管发现,同等条件下矩形微槽道平板热管的传热性能优于三角形微槽道平板热管,并提出蒸发段冷凝段长度比值的最佳值为1,建议应用设计中蒸发段冷凝段长度比值范围为0.8~1.0。研究结果可对平板微槽道热管应用系统的设计提供准确参考。The experiment primarily investigated the effects of nine different ratios of the evaporation and condensation section length on the thermal performance of flat micro grooved heat pipes with the same section size,the same filling working medium,rectangular and triangular micro grooved wicks,which installed at 90°by continuous increasing input heat flux and forced air cooling.The findings demonstrate that the length ratio of the evaporation and condensation section has a significant effect on the thermal performance of the flat microgroove heat pipe.The ratio of the evaporation and condensation section length was initially selected within the range of 0.8~1.25 for two micro grooved wicks which having good heat transfer performance.Compared the flat heat pipe with different micro grooved wicks,it is discovered that under the same circumstances,rectangular microgroove flat heat pipe performed better in terms of transfer performance than triangular microgroove flat heat pipe.It is advised that the range of the length ratio of the evaporation and condensation section in the application design is 0.8~1.0,with 1 being the optimal value.The research results could provide an accurate reference for the system design of flat micro-channel heat pipe in the fields of solar energy,waste heat recovery,battery thermal management and electronic heat dissipation.
