摘  要:针对当前页岩抑制剂的抑制性不足,影响上部泥岩地层钻进的问题,本文设计并合成了一种含有长链、吩噻嗪等疏水基团的小阳离子聚合物SWPE。采用FT-IR、~(1)H NMR、GPC和TG对SWPE进行结构表征;以油田钻井常用的聚胺抑制剂NH-1为对照,评价SWPE的抑制性和配伍性;最后,基于泥岩岩屑表面的官能团、电性、微观形貌、元素含量、润湿性等变化,提出吸附包被机理。实验结果表明,SWPE表现出比NH-1更好的抑制效果,是一种非常有潜力的页岩抑制剂。To solve the problem of poor inhibition performance of current inhibitors during the drilling process of upper mudstone formations,a small cationic polymer SWPE containing hydrophobic groups,such as long alkyl chain and phenothiazine,was designed and synthesized.The structure of SWPE was characterized by FT-IR,~(1)H NMR,GPC and TG.The inhibition and compatibility performances of SWPE were evaluated using NH-1,a commonly used inhibitor in oilfield drilling,as the control.Ultimately,according to the changes of functional groups,electrical properties,micromorphology,element content and wettability of mudstone cuttings surface,a coating mechanism based on adsorption is proposed.The experimental results show that SWPE is a promising shale inhibitor with better performance than NH-1.
