摘 要:短半径侧钻是西北油田激发老区上产的有效手段之一。但缝洞型油藏的裂缝尺度差异大,在钻井过程中,漏失情况复杂,恶性漏失情况较多,已成为制约其油气资源增产的难题之一。酚醛树脂具有密度低、高机械强度等优势,已作为封堵剂在油气田领域广泛使用。但酚醛树脂的水溶不足易残留井筒,造成清理困难;同时,酚醛树脂的贮存时间短对施工造成了诸多不便。因此,为了保持酚醛树脂低密度、高强度的同时,增强酚醛树脂水溶性和延长酚醛树脂贮存期,以苯酚和甲醛为原料,正丁醇为改性剂,合成了一种水溶性的正丁醇醚化酚醛树脂。该树脂具有优异的水溶性,在20℃下的储存时间增至162天。80 wt%酚醛树脂溶液在140℃下固化时间1.5h,抗压强度95.7 MPa,高于常规封堵材料;在两种模拟岩心裂缝中进行封堵性能实验,驱替流速为0.016 mL/min时,树脂溶液固化后的突破压力梯度均大于50 MPa·m^(-1),封堵性能优异。整体而言,正丁醇醚化酚醛树脂具有优异的固化性能、封堵性能和储存稳定性,在缝洞型油藏短半径侧钻堵漏中具有良好的应用前景。The technique of short radius sidetracking is one of effective measures to simulate production for old wells of northwest oilfield.However,the fracture size of fracture-vuggy reservoirs varies greatly,resulting in the complicated lost circumstance and many severe lost cases,which has become one of the challenges restricting the oil and gas resource production during the process of drilling.With the advantages of low density and high mechanical strength,phenolic resin has been widely applied as plugging agent in the field of oil and gas development.Nevertheless,phenolic resin is poor in water solubility and easy to remain in the wellbore,resulting in difficulty in cleaning.At the same time,the short storage time of phenolic resin caused inconvenience to the construction a lot.Therefore,in order to maintain the advantages of low density and high strength,enhance the water solubility,and prolong the storage life of phenolic resin,a water-soluble n-butanol etherified phenolic resin was synthesized with phenol and formaldehyde as raw materials and n-butanol as modification agent.The resin has excellent water solubility and can be stored at 20 ℃ for up to 162days.The curing time of 80wt% phenolic resin solution was 1.5h,and the compressive strength was 95.7MPa at 140 ℃ that higher than that of conventional cement plugging materials.The Plugging performance tests were conducted in two simulated core fractures,when the displacement flow rate was 0.016mL/min,the breakthrough pressure gradient after curing of resin solution was greater than 50MPa·m^(-1),indicating excellent plugging performance.On the whole,the n-butanol etherified phenolic resin has excellent performance of curing,plugging and storage stability,and has a good application prospect in Tahe fracture-cape reservoir.
