摘  要:朝阳煤矿原煤为高变质程度的无烟煤,原煤密度级分布整体向高密度偏移,通过对原煤筛分浮沉资料分析,分选密度在2.2 kg/L左右,属于高密度分选;通过对混合入选、块煤和末煤分级的论证,复合风力干法选煤工艺、跳汰分选工艺和三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺的论证,选前是否脱粉的论证,粗煤泥分选环节的论证及工业试生产,确定了最佳分选工艺。The raw coal of Chaoyang Coal Mine is Anthracite with high metamorphic degree,and the density grade of raw coal is shifted to high density as a whole.Through the analysis of raw coal screening float and sink data,the separation density is about 2.2 kg/L,which belongs to high density separation;The best separation process of Coal preparation plant is determined through the demonstration of mixed selection,lump coal and fine coal classification,the demonstration of composite wind dry coal preparation process,jigging separation process and three product heavy medium cyclone separation process,the demonstration of powder removal before separation,the demonstration of coarse slime separation link and industrial trial production.
