摘　　要：新汶矿业集团洗煤分公司中心选煤厂为炼焦煤选煤厂,选煤厂中煤主要由重介中煤、TBS尾矿、矸石磁选机尾矿组成;由于TBS尾矿和矸石磁选尾矿这两部分粗尾煤泥含有大量高灰矸石,造成中煤指标差、滞销严重;为提升中煤品质,选煤厂通过增加螺旋分选机将粗尾煤泥中的矸石与中煤分离,提高了中煤产品热值,在提高洗选效益的同时,实现了低品质煤提质、煤系伴生资源协同开发的目的。The Central Coal Processing Plant of Xinwen Mining Group Coal Washing Branch is a coking coal preparation plant,in which products are mainly composed of heavy-media middle coal,TBS and gangue magnetic separator tailings。whereas the large amount of ash in the coarse tailings,the two parts make poor indicators and serious stagnation in sales.In order to improve the quality of middle Coal,the plant separates the gangue in the coarse tailings from middle coal by adding a spiral separator,which increases the calorific value of the middle coal products and processing efficiency,realizeing the purpose of low-class coal inprovement along with the synergistic development of coal-based resources.
