摘　　要：介绍了S-3GHMC440/160型超级重介质旋流器在姚桥选煤厂生产应用的实践,在不改变原系统处理能力的前提下,结合入洗原煤可选性以及精煤、中煤、矸石三产品构成进行计算分析,对该设备的吨煤电耗、排矸能力等主要技术经济指标进行了简要评述;重点分析了S-3GHMC440/160型超级重介质旋流器在实际生产过程中的可能偏差、数量效率、矸石带煤损失率等指标;通过最终数据验证,认为该设备具有处理能力大、电耗低、排矸能力强、分选精度高、可能偏差小、数量效率高的优良工艺效果。The application practice of S-3GHMC440/160 super heavy medium cyclone in Yaoqiao Coal Preparation Plant was introduced.The main technical and economic indexes of the S-3GHMC440/160 super heavy medium cyclone,such as power consumption per ton of coal and waste discharge capacity,were briefly reviewed on the premise of not changing the processing capacity of the original system.The process effect of S-3GHMC440/160 super heavy medium cyclone in actual production,such as possible deviation,quantity efficiency and coal loss rate of gangue belt,is analyzed.Through the final data verification,it is considered that the equipment has the advantages of large processing capacity,low power consumption,strong discharge capacity,high sorting accuracy,small possible deviation and high quantity efficiency.
