摘  要:化学成分分析方法是目前涂料领域备受关注的标准化目标之一。主导制修订涂料化学分析国际标准有助于在全球范围内统一试验方法,使相关分析结果更具可比性,有利于进一步降低贸易壁垒。本研究对ISO/TC35/SC16化学分析分技术委员会的总体情况进行了简要介绍,对该技术委员会管理的3类标准的主要内容进行了概述,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。我国目前在涂料化学分析领域国际标准化的参与度较高,在工作组注册专家数量和主导在研标准数量方面均有一定优势。未来国内应更加关注对环境或人体健康有害的化合物定性定量技术的投入,强化技术人员培养和技术储备,为今后主导制修订相关国际标准草案打好基础。The chemical composition analysis method is currently one of the standardization goals that have drawn much attention in the field of coating materials.A lead in the development and revision of international standards for chemical analysis of coating materials helps to unify test methods globally,making relevant analysis results more comparable and conducive for further reduc⁃ing trade barriers.This article provides a brief introduction to the overall situation of the ISO/TC35/SC16 chemical analysis subcommittee,outlines the main contents of the three types of standards managed by the technical committee,and looks forward to future development trends.We currently have a high level of participation in international standardization in the field of paint chemical analysis,with certain advantages in terms of the number of registered experts in the working group and the number of leading standards underway.In the future,we should pay more attention to the investment in qualitative and quantitative technologies for compounds that are harmful to the envi⁃ronment or human health,strengthen the training of technical personnel and technical reserves,and lay a solid foundation for leading the develop and revision of relevant international standard drafts in the future.
