摘 要:玛湖油田输送介质凝点高、析蜡点高且流动工况复杂。开展玛湖油田转输系统含水原油常温输送影响因素研究,确定常温输送主控因素,以减少能耗、保障常温输送安全,具有重要科研意义。基于MATLAB软件建立转输系统仿真模型,分析转油站来液输量、含水率、起点温度以及地温对常温输送的影响,并通过灰色关联分析确定不同因素对终点温度的关联度,确定常温输送的主控因素,以明确转输系统流动变化规律,从而为含水原油常温集输提供借鉴。结果表明:各管线温降和终点温度影响因素有来液起点温度、含水率、输量和地温,其中影响最大的是起点温度。The transport medium in Mahu oilfield has high freezing point,high wax precipitation point and complicated flow condition.In order to reduce energy consumption and ensure the safety of normal temperature transportation,it is of great scientific significance to study the influencing factors of normal temperature transportation of water-bearing crude oil in the transfer system of Mahu Oilfield and determine the main controlling factors of normal temperature transportation.The simulation model of the transfer system was established based on MATLAB software to analyze the influence of the incoming liquid transfer volume,moisture content,starting point temperature and ground temperature on the normal temperature transportation.The correlation degree of different factors on the end point temperature was determined through gray correlation analysis,and the main control factors of the normal temperature transportation were determined to clarify the flow change law of the transfer system.and thus provides technical support and reference for gathering and transportation of water-bearing crude oil at room temperature.The results show that the temperature drop and the end point temperature of each pipeline are affected by the starting point temperature,water content,delivery volume and ground temperature,among which the most important is the starting point temperature.
