摘 要:取换套技术是油田套损井恢复生产的重要技术手段,通常由大修动力完成,而且现有套管取套技术尚无在指定位置倒扣的技术,通常需进行多次倒扣来完成设计深度。针对冀东油田大修作业动力紧缺实际情况,研究小修取换套技术,从定位取套技术原理、工艺流程、应用条件及施工质量控制等方面进行深入探讨,在适用井型、工艺流程、井口应力解除方式、施工参数控制等方面提出有针对性的技术措施,可实现取套深度准确、一次取套成功的目的,提高了小修取换套施工水平。Casing removal and replacement technology is an important technical means to restore production of casing damage wells in oil fields,which is usually completed by overhaul power.Moreover,the existing casing removal technology does not have the technology of reversing at the specified position,and it is usually necessary to carry out several reverses to complete the design depth.In view of the actual situation of the power shortage of the overhaul operation in Jidong Oilfield,the technology of small repair and replacement is studied,and the technical principle,process flow,application conditions and construction quality control are deeply discussed.Targeted technical measures are put forward in the aspects of applicable well type,technological process,stress relief method of wellhead,and construction parameter control,so as to achieve accurate nesting depth and improve the construction level of minor repair and sleeve replacement.
