摘 要:针对苏北盆地阜二段破碎地层取心中存在的单趟取心进尺少、岩心收获率低和取心机械钻速低等技术难点,以花页7井阜二段44次取心为例,分别从取心钻头、取心筒和取心内筒3个方面对花页7井所用取心工具开展效果评价。为保证取心收获率,优选出切削能力、稳定性相对较强的六刀翼8 mm齿径的取心钻头;保证内筒居中,适应不同井斜的苏Ⅲ型取心筒;不易变形、强度高的钢制内筒。最终得出适用于硬、脆、碎性泥页岩地层,取心稳定性强、利于岩心成形的取心工具组合(戴比特/川克六刀翼8 mm齿径取心钻头+苏Ⅲ型+钢制内筒),以提高取心效率,为苏北盆地阜二段地层取心提供参考和技术支持。In view of the technical difficulties in the core removal of the fractured formation in Fu2 section of northern Jiangsu basin,such as low single run puncture penetration,low core harvest rate and low drilling rate of core machine,taking 44 times of core removal in Fu2 section of well Huaye 7 as an example,the effect of the core removal tool used in well Huaye 7 was evaluated from three aspects:core bit,core barrel and core barrel.In order to ensure the coring yield,a coring bit of 6 blades and 8mm diameter with relatively strong cutting ability and stability is selected.It is ensured that the inner barrel is centered and adapt to different inclinations of the SuⅢcore barrel,with high strength and resistance to deformation.Finally,a corer tool combination(Debitt/Tranny six blade 8mm tooth core drill+SuⅢ+steel inner barrel)is obtained,which is suitable for hard,brittle and fragable shale formation,and strong in coring stability and conducive to core formation,so as to improve the coring efficiency and provide reference and technical support for the future coring of the Fu second formation in northern Jiangsu basin.
