摘 要:维生素E是一种脂溶性维生素化合物,具有美容养颜、预防衰老、抗不育、抗氧化和抗癌等多种活性,因此对维生素E合成路线的进行探究是制药工作者关注的热点。维生素E是一种天然化学物质,具有生育酚和三烯酚两种结构,每种结构包括α、β、γ及δ4种构型,其中α-生育酚活性最高,效果最好。由于维生素E在医药领域应用范围广、市场需求量大,天然维生素E的产量无法满足临床需求。为进一步扩大维生素E的产能,研究人员发展了系列维生素E的全合成方法。本文总结了已报道的维生素E全合成路线,重点从侧链和主环两个方面进行阐述,旨在为维生素E的合成工艺改进提供参考。Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin compound,which has many activities such as maintaining beauty,anti-aging,anti-sterility,anti-oxidation,anti-cancer,etc.Therefore,the exploration of the synthetic route of Vitamin E is the focus of pharmaceutical researchers.Vitamin E is a natural chemical with 2 structures of tocopherol and trienol,and each structure include 4 kinds of configuration(α,β,γandδ),of whichα-tocopherols display the highest activity and the best effect.Due to the wide application of Vitamin E in the field of medicine and the large market demand,the production of natural Vitamin E cannot meet the clinical demand.In order to further expand the production of Vitamin E,the researchers have developed a series of total synthetic methods of these compounds.In this paper,the reported synthetic methods of Vitamin E are summarized mainly from the modification of parent ring and side chain,providing reference for the further improvement of the process of Vitamin E.
