摘 要:为有效检测配电变压器合闸涌流的波形特征,区分合闸时励磁涌流和故障电流,本文提出了一种基于邻域保持嵌入(NPE)和主成分分析(PCA)的变压器合闸涌流检测方法。该方法可对数据全局和局部特征信息进行检测及处理,首先利用NPE-PCA算法将电流数据降到二维空间,然后通过对二维空间数据拟合得到拟合误差σ,通过比较拟合误差σ与给定阈值的关系来识别合闸时励磁涌流。最后在ATP/EMTP平台搭建模型对所提出的合闸涌流波形特征检测方法进行测试,仿真结果表明本文所提NPE-PCA涌流波形检测算法能有效识别变压器合闸涌流波形特征,与二次谐波算法对比分析表明本文算法性能更优。To effectively detect the waveform characteristics of the closing inrush current of distribution transformers and distinguish between the magnetizing inrush current and the fault current during closing,this paper proposes a transformer closing inrush detection method based on neighborhood preserving embedding(NPE)and principal component analysis(PCA).This method can extract all aspects of data global and local feature information;the NPE-PCA algorithm is used to reduce the current dimension to a two-dimensional space,and then the two-dimensional space is fit to obtain the fitting errorσ,and the fitting errorσis compared with the given relationship between the threshold values to identify the magnetizing inrush current and the fault current.Finally,a transformer model was built on the ATP/EMTP platform to verify the correctness of the proposed algorithm.The results show that the inrush current recognition algorithm based on NPE-PCA can effectively distinguish the excitation inrush current from the fault current,and its performance is better than the traditional second harmonic algorithm.
