摘　　要：土木工程施工项目的复杂性和多样性使得质量管理成为整个工程管理体系中至关重要的一环。在实际工程实施中,我们常常面临施工材料的质量管控、施工工艺的挑战、监管体系不足、施工人员技能水平参差不齐以及设计与执行的不协调等问题。这些问题可能直接影响到工程的质量和安全性,因此有必要深入剖析这些问题,并提出切实可行的对策,以期为土木工程领域的质量管理提供有益的启示。The complexity and diversity of civil engineering construction projects make quality management a crucial part of the entire engineering management system.In actual engineering implementation,we often face problems such as quality control of construction materials,challenges in construction processes,inadequate regulatory systems,uneven skill levels of construction personnel,and lack of coordination between design and execution.These problems may directly affect the quality and safety of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze these problems and propose practical and feasible countermeasures,so as to provide useful insights for quality management in the field of civil engineering.
