摘 要:截流式合流制排水系统的溢流污染是影响受纳水体环境质量的重要因素,截流倍数的选择与地区降雨特性、溢流率控制以及污水处理系统规模密切相关。研究以巩义市管网改造为例,通过对巩义市降雨特性的分析合理确定截流倍数。巩义市降雨年内分布不均匀,集中度较高,主要集中在6-9月份,占全年降雨量的60.21%~84.14%,主要为短历时降雨,集中在3 h和6 h内,占降雨次数的61.06%。由于降雨量相对集中且历时较短,较大的截流倍数不一定能够取得好的效果。截流倍数介于2.50~3.50间时,截流雨量占降雨总量的比例为36.20%~46.70%。截流倍数大于3.50时,溢流率几乎保持不变。2004-2012年巩义市共发生127次历时小于等于6 h的降雨,90%以上次数的降雨量小于20 mm,结合污水处理厂规模,截流倍数取n_0=3。The overflow pollution of the intercepting combined drainage system is an important factor affecting the environmental quality of the receiving water.The selection of the interception ratio is closely related to the regional rainfall characteristics,the overflow rate control and the scale of the sewage treatment system.Taking the reconstruction of the pipe network in Gongyi City as an example,the interception ratio is reasonably determined by analyzing the rainfall characteristics of Gongyi City.The annual distribution of rainfall in Gongyi is uneven,and the concentration is high.It mainly concentrated in June to September,accounting for 60.21%~84.14%of the annual rainfall.It is mainly short-duration rainfall,concentrated in 3 h and 6 h,accounting for 61.06%of the rainfall.Because the rainfall is relatively concentrated and the duration is short,a larger interception ratio is not necessarily able to achieve good results.When the interception ratio is between 2.5 and 3.5,the interception rainfall accounts for 36.2%~46.7%of rainfall.When the intercepting ratio is greater than 3.5,the overflow rate remains almost constant.During 2004-2012,a total of 127 rainfalls with duration less than 6 h occurred in Gongyi City,and more than 90%of the rainfalls were less than 20 mm.Combined with the scale of sewage treatment plants,the interception ratio was nO=3.
