九峰山水库大坝安全鉴定技术问题分析

摘　　要：大坝的安全性评价对于加强大坝的安全管理、确保其安全运营具有重大意义,是进行水库除险、加固的基础性工作,其评价结果的安全性对于水库的正常运营具有重大意义。为此,文章从现场检查、混凝土与金属结构现场检测、复核计算和实测数据等方面对九峰山水库工程质量、运行管理、防洪能力、渗流安全、抗震安全、金属结构安全进行了综合分析和评估。从工程质量评价的最优化、基础资料的收集、安全检查工作的加强、防洪基准的合理审核、建立健全的信息监控体系等方面入手,对水库大坝安全鉴定的工作程序、工作内容、鉴定结论等做出了简要的介绍。文章的研究成果为九峰山水库工程的安全性评价技术的实际运用做了较为详尽的论述,以供有关部门及有关工作人员的借鉴。The safety evaluation of the dam is of great significance to strengthen the safety management of the dam and ensure its safe operation.It is the basic work for the removal and reinforcement of the reservoir.The safety of the evaluation results is of great significance to the normal operation of the reservoir.Therefore,this paper comprehensively analyzes and evaluates the project quality,operation management,flood control capacity,seepage safety,seismic safety and metal structure safety of Jiufengshan Reservoir from the aspects of on-site inspection,concrete and metal structure on-site inspection,recheck calculation and measured data.Starting with the optimization of project quality evaluation,the collection of basic data,the strengthening of safety inspection,the reasonable review of flood control benchmarks,and the establishment of a sound information monitoring system,this paper briefly introduces the working procedures,work contents,and appraisal conclusions of the dam safety appraisal of the reservoir.The research results of this paper have made a more detailed discussion on the practical application of the safety evaluation technology of Jiufengshan Reservoir Project for the reference of relevant departments and staff.
