摘 要:结合北江航道扩能升级项目工程新建飞来峡枢纽二、三线船闸工程实践案例,选取船闸深基坑支护锚杆施工技术展开分析研究。结果表明,了解工程概况,首先,从施工方法、钻孔、注浆、注浆锚杆质量检查及锚杆拉拔检测等五个方面着重进行二、三线船闸深基坑支护锚杆施工技术分析;其次,就锚杆材质检验和锚杆灌浆工艺模拟两方面实施船闸深基坑支护锚杆施工现场检测;掌握基坑开挖对周围环境的影响程度,采取有效措施,调整施工方案,避免重大事故发生。为广东地区类似工程提供了技术支撑与成功经验。Combined with the practice case of the second and third line lock of Feilaixia hub of Beijiang Channel expansion and upgrading project,the construction technology of anchor rods for deep foundation pit support of ship locks is selected for analysis and research.The results show that to understand the construction situation,the analysis of the construction technology of anchor rods for the deep foundation pit support of the second and third-line ship locks focuses on five aspects:construction methods,drlling,grouting,quality inspection of grouted anchor rods,and pull-out testing of anchor rods.Secondly,on-site inspection of anchor rod construction for ship lock deep foundation pit support will be carried out in terms of anchor rod material inspection and anchor rod grouting process simulation.Understanding the impact of excavation on the surrounding environment and taking effective measures to adjust the construction plan are necessary to prevent major accidents.It provides technical support and successful experience for similar projects in Guangdong province.
