摘  要:以巴公河治理段工程为背景,分不同工况对其拦截污水和泥沙的钢坝闸底轴受力情况展开分析,确定出闸门挡水的设计工况,并在该工况下对底轴、支绞座和驱动臂等主要构件展开设计分析,从底轴结构优化视角提出钢坝闸设计方法。结果表明,河段治理工程钢坝闸金属结构埋件数量多且受力大,其所承受的应力传递至土建结构后会进一步影响土建结构应力分布。对钢坝闸结构构件的设计思路及应力计算结果可为工程实践提供借鉴参考。Taking the Bagong River Regulation Section Projectas the background,the stress on the bottom axis of the steel dam gate,which intercepts sewage and sediment,is analyzed in different working conditions.The design condition of the gate water retaining is determined.Under this working condition,the main components such as bottom axis,the hinge and the driving arm are designed analyzed.The design method of the steel dam gate is proposed from the perspective of bottom axis structure optimization.The results show that there are a large number of embedded parts in steel dam gate metal structure of the river reach regulation project.Moreover,the stress borne will further affect the stress distribution of the civil structure after being transferred to the civil structure.The design ideas and stress calculation results of steel dam gate structural components can provide reference for engineering practice.
