摘 要:为探索切实可行的大体积混凝土施工温控措施,以鲤鱼洲泵站厂房工程为例,从原材料控制、配合比优化、混凝土出机及浇筑温度控制、冷却水管埋设及通水冷却等方面提出大体积混凝土温度控制措施,并对实施效果展开监测及分析。结果表明,大体积混凝土浇筑施工时因水泥水化热作用,浇筑初期内部温度快速升高,引发混凝土膨胀变形及温度裂缝的可能性大,故应将温控重点放在这一时期,保证控制效果及施工质量。The purpose of this paper is to explore feasible measures for temperature control of mass concrete construction.Taking the plant project of Liyuzhou Pumping Station as an example,temperature control measures of mass concrete are put forward from the aspects of raw material control,mix ratio optimization,concrete discharge and pouring temperature control,cooling water pipe embedding and water cooling.The implementation effect is monitored and analyzed.The results show that due to the thermal effect of concrete hydration,the internal temperature in the initial stage of pouring increases rapidly.The possibility of expansion deformation and temperature crack is high.Therefore,the temperature control should be emphasized in this period to ensure the control effect and constructionquality.
