摘 要:目前,各高校党史学习教育已经呈现出常态化、制度化趋势。该文以教学秘书队伍建设为出发点,以党史学习教育为背景,提出教学秘书队伍建设面临的四个方面的问题,探索教学秘书队伍建设的实施路径,探索过程中采用文献资料法、问卷调查法,最终得出四个方面的解决路径,包括增加进修培训机会,提高教学秘书队伍的党性修养;增强全心全意为人民服务的意识,做到心底无私天地宽;提升顽强拼搏、不懈奋斗的意识,探索新的教学管理路径;发挥榜样和模范先锋作用,激发教学秘书队伍的使命感和责任感,使得教学秘书队伍在思想上和行动上保持高度一致,全面提升教学秘书队伍综合素养。At present,the Party history learning and education activities in various universities have shown the trend of normalization and institutionalization.This paper takes the construction of the teaching secretary team as the starting point,takes the Party history learning and education as the background,puts forward four aspects of the problems faced by the construction of the teaching secretary team.The study explores the implementation path of the construction of the teaching secretary team,uses the literature method and questionnaire survey method in the exploration process.This paper finally comes up with four solutions,including increasing training opportunities,improving the Party spirit of the teaching secretary team,enhancing the consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly,making the heart selfless and the world wide,enhancing the consciousness of tenacious struggle and unremitting struggle,exploring new teaching management paths,and giving play to the role of example and model pioneer.This stimulates the teaching secretary team's sense of mission and responsibility.The purpose is to make the teaching secretary team maintain a high degree of consistency in thought and action,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the teaching secretary team.
