基于CiteSpace可视化下的国内医疗机构中药制剂研究热点与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 探索20年来医疗机构中药制剂发展脉络趋势,以期为将来医疗机构中药制剂的发展提供路线参考。方法 通过CNKI检索2003~2023年医疗机构中药制剂相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件,将作者、发文机构、关键词等信息做可视化分析。结果 共检索文献666篇,随国家政策的变化,发文量在2010年后逐年增加,并于2021年迎来高峰,杨忠奇团队近年来发文量较多,且研究课题较为前沿,北京市药品审批中心为发文量最多的机构,且合作机构较多。结论 医疗机构中药制剂近年来发展迅速,研究热点从基本的工艺流程、临床研究、制剂分析向传统工艺中药制剂备案管理、新药孵化、质量控制、传承创新转换,未来长时间内新药孵化、备案管理、质量控制仍将作为本领域的研究热点及方向。OBJECTIVE To explore the development trend of TCM preparations in medical institutions in the past 20 years,in order to provide route reference for the development of TCM preparations in medical institutions in the future.METHODS CNKI was used to search the literature related to TCM preparations in medical institutions from 2003 to 2023,and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the author,issuing institution,key words and other information.RESULTS A total of 666 literatures were retrieved.With the changes of national policies,the number of publications increased year by year after 2010,and reached a peak in 2021.Yang Zhongqi′s team published a large number of publications in recent years,and the research subject was more advanced.CONCLUSION TCM preparations in medical institutions have developed rapidly in recent years.The research focus has changed from the basic technological process,clinical research and preparation analysis to the archival management of TCM preparations in traditional technology,new drug incubation,quality control,inheritance and innovation.In the future,new drug incubation,archival management and quality control will remain the research focus and direction in this field for a long time.
