摘　　要：目的 分析2020~2022年漳州市某医院质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)的使用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 对2020~2022年我院PPIs的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)和药品排序比(B/A)进行统计分析。结果 PPIs用药金额总体呈逐年递减趋势;泮托拉唑钠肠溶片、奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊和雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片的DDDs居前3位;连续3年艾普拉唑肠溶片的DDC最高,B/A最低,奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊DDC最低,B/A均大于1。结论 PPIs在我院的应用基本合理,但仍需要兼顾疗效和成本,进一步规范和完善PPIs的临床管理与应用。OBJECTIVE To analyse the use and development trend of Proton Pump Inhibitors(PPIs)in a hospital of Zhangzhou from 2020 to 2022,so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS The consumption sum,defined daily doses(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and drug sequence ratio(B/A)in our hospital from 2020 to 2022 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS The overall consumption sum of PPIs showed a downward trend year by year.DDDs of Pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,Omeprazole eenteric-coated capsules and Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets were in the top three places.In three consecutive years,DDC of Eprazole enteric coated tablets for three consecutive years was the highest,while B/A was the lowest.Meanwhile,Omeprazole enteric coated capsules had the lowest DDC,with both B/A greater than 1.CONCLUSION The clinical use of PPIs in our hospital is basically reasonable,but efficacy and cost should be taken into account,while the clinical management and application of PPIs should be standardized and improved.
