运用PDCA循环法对摆药机质量管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 利用PDCA循环提高摆药机的运行效率。方法 利用PDCA循环找出影响摆药机高效运行的因素,然后进行整改,并纳入每月的质量管理,提高摆药机的运行效率。结果 影响摆药机运行效率的因素主要有人员工作随意、机器故障、环境光照温湿度和药品规格变换,通过环境优化、药品更换、机器维护、制度拟定以及人员培训,摆药品种数增加比率35%,摆药总数量增加46.45%,摆药差错减少53.43%,提高摆药机运行效率。结论 PDCA方法可改善摆药机运行效率,助力摆药机管理。OBJECTIVE PDCA cycle was used to improve the efficiency of dispensing machine.METHODS PDCA cycle was used to find out the factors affecting the efficient operation of the dispensing machine,and then the rectification was carried out,and it was included in the monthly quality management to improve the operating efficiency of the dispensing machine.RESULTS The main factors affecting the operation efficiency of dispensing machine were personnel working at will,machine failure,illumination and temperature and humidity in the environment and drug specification change.The operating efficiency of dispensing machine was improved by environment optimization,drug replacement,machine maintenance,system formulation and personnel training,and personnel training,the number of dispensing varieties increased by 35%,the total amount of dispensing increased by 46.45%,and the dispensing errors decreased by 53.43%.CONCLUSION PDCA method can improve the operation efficiency of dispensing machine and help the management of dispensing machine.
