摘　　要：文章简要介绍青岛胶州路历史街坊及其包含的6栋历史建筑的更新设计工程。将其中一个历史街坊作为设计项目,提出从功能业态、街坊和建筑空间形态、建筑细部和技术三方面开展修缮和设计的策略。同时,文章也对设计过程中应对“活化利用历史建筑”“适应现代生产生活需要”的国家要求,进行了一定的工程设计方面的实践探索。This article briefly introduces the renovation design project of the historical neighborhood of Jiaozhou Road in Qingdao and its six historical buildings.Discuss the strategy of using a historical neighborhood as a design project to carry out renovation and design through three aspects:functional format,neighborhood and architectural spatial form,architectural details,and technology.At the same time,this article also demonstrates practical exploration in engineering design to meet the national requirements of“revitalizing and utilizing historical buildings”and“adapting to modern production and life needs”in design.
