摘　　要：住宅小区在功能使用中发挥着重要作用,也是居民对美好生活向往的体现。在现阶段,有些小区中存在无规划或是规划不充分的情况,直接导致后期在使用中出现各类弊端。针对这一现象,对小区规划设计进行系统的分析和案例研究梳理,同时,伴随当今世界各种高科技产品层出不穷,人们对于城市住宅小区的需求也更加多样化,通过对城市住宅小区规划设计原则及发展趋势的研究分析,详细介绍了设计的基本思路,结合实际情况制定了设计的方式,为提高住宅小区的功能性、提高与环境共生的和谐性打下坚实的基础。Residential communities play an important role in functional use and are also a reflection of residents’yearning for a better life.At present,there are situations that some residential areas are not planned or insufficiently planned,which directly leads to various drawbacks in later use.To address this phenomenon,a systematic analysis and case study on the planning and design of the community will be conducted.At the same time,with the emergence of various high-tech products in the world today,people’s demand for urban residential communities has become more diverse.Through research and analysis on the planning and design principles and development trends of urban residential communities,this paper introduces the basic design ideas in detail,and formulates the design methods based on the actual situation,laying a solid foundation for improving the functionality of residential communities and enhancing the harmony with the environment.
