摘 要:面对全球气候变化和能源可持续发展的需求,科学系统地提高寒冷地区住区公共空间低碳可持续性,将为碳源减排与碳汇增容提供有力支持。首先,以文献、实例和数据支撑,多角度分析寒地住区公共空间与“双碳”目标的关系。接着,对寒地气候特征与住区公共空间现状分析和总结。最后,围绕系统解决方案角度,提出“双碳”战略视角下的低碳提升与开发策略,即经济效益需求转向绿色可持续开发、平面扩张转向地上地下协调开发、单一资源开发转向统筹复合利用。In response to the need for global climate change and sustainable energy development,scientific and systematic improvement of low-carbon sustainability in residential public spaces in cold regions will provide strong support for carbon emission reduction and carbon sink capacity expansion.First,supported by literature,specific cases and data,the relationship between the public space in the residential area of the cold region and the strategic objective of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”is analyzed from multiple perspectives.Then,the climate characteristics and the current situation of public space in residential areas in cold regions are analyzed and summarized.Finally,from the perspective of a systematic solution,a low-carbon enhancement and development strategy is proposed from the perspective of the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”strategy,including shifting demand for economic efficiency to green and sustainable development,switching from surface expansion to coordinated development of both surface and underground,and moving from single resource development to comprehensive utilization.
