精细化设计管控下公共开放空间活力提升研究--以上海世博园区后续利用为例

摘　　要：文章以后续开发利用的上海世博园区为例,对建成使用的央企总部商务区和在建的世博文化公园中国际马术中心项目进行分析,研究在大城市中央活动区用地紧张环境下,通过精细化设计管控提升公共开放空间活力的优化策略与创新方法。其中,就园区内央企总部商务区在建设管理模式、集约土地方式、活力空间样式、步行环境格式等方面,结合设计管控与建成实况进行对比研究,就园区内在建公共设施在用地红线、总体关系、绿化指标、公共空间、建筑界面等方面,结合规划协调与设计实现进行案例研究,探讨通过提升精细化设计管控的实践能力来提升公共开放空间活力的实施途径。Taking the follow-up development and utilization of Shanghai World Expo Site as an example,this paper analyzes the completed and used central enterprise headquarters business district and the International Equestrian Center in the Expo Culture Park under construction,and studies the optimization strategies and innovative methods to enhance the vitality of public open space through refined design and control under the tight land use environment in the central activity areas of large cities.Among them,in terms of the construction management mode,intensive land mode,dynamic space style,walking environment format and other aspects of the central enterprise headquarters business district,the design and control are compared and studied in combination with the actual construction situation.The specific case is studied in combination with planning coordination and design realization in terms of the land red line,overall relationship,greening index,public space,building interface and other aspects of the public facilities under construction in the park.The paper explores the implementation ways to enhance the vitality of public open space by improving the practical ability of refined design and control.
