摘  要:随着我国经济建设的持续发展,高架桥在交通系统中的地位愈加重要。为了提高城市高架桥Y型墩柱施工技术的安全性、精确性和经济社会效益,针对复杂市域环境下预制部件吊装精度难以把控、钢筋笼绑扎定位不准确、模板支撑困难,以及混凝土浇筑浆液渗漏等问题,提出了一种城市高架桥Y型墩柱高效施工技术,创新了钢筋笼预制吊装技术和Y型墩柱模板施工技术。同时,借助行业规范和ANSYS软件,进行了钢模板面板、竖楞、宽度方向柱箍、拉杆,以及整个钢模板支撑体系的安全性验算,计算结果均符合要求。经工程实践验证,该技术有效加快了施工进度、提高了工程质量,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,为复杂市域环境下高架桥Y型墩柱施工提供了新的思路。With the continuous development of economic construction in our country,viaduct plays a more important role in the transportation system.In order to improve the safety,accuracy and economic and social benefits of the construction technology of Y-shaped pier column of urban viaduct,an efficient construction technology of Y-shaped pier column of urban viaduct is proposed to solve the problems,such as difficulty of controlling the precision of lifting of prefabricated parts,inaccurate positioning of steel cage ligation,difficulty of formwork support,and leakage of concrete pouring slurry under complex urban environment.Innovative steel cage prefabrication lifting technology and Y-shaped pier column formwork construction technology are proposed.At the same time,with the help of industry standards and ANSYS software,the safety check calculation of the steel formwork panel,vertical,width direction column hoop,tie rod and the entire steel formwork support system is conducted,and the calculation results are in line with the requirements.The engineering practice proves that this technology can effectively improve the construction progress and quality,and have significant economic and social benefits.It provides a new idea for the construction of Y-shaped pier column of viaduct in complex urban environment.
