摘 要:以佛山市某桥下空间堆载施工为工程背景,采用MIDAS/GTS NX有限元软件,模拟软基中桥下空间堆载施工过程,基于深厚软基地质的特性,分析了不同堆载施工工序对既有桥梁结构的影响。结果表明:既有49^(#)和51^(#)桥梁结构的位移呈“弓”型,且在桩基1/3处产生最大值,既有50^(#)桥梁结构的位移出现倾斜的趋势,且在桥墩顶处产生最大值;堆载完成施工时,工况1相比于工况2,49^(#)、50^(#)和51^(#)桥梁结构位移能够有效减小4.22%、10.02%和15.60%;随着加固区域或深度的增加,既有桥梁结构的位移逐渐减小,桩基周围深度加固相比于未加固依次减少了62.88%、67.22%、71.89%、75.29%、78.76%和81.28%;桩基周围区域加固相比于未加固依次减少了73.37%、90.97%、92.41%;软土地基情况下,桥下空间堆载施工引起既有桥梁产生较大位移,需对既有桥梁采取一定的加固措施,尤其是支座墩,避免桥梁产生不利影响,保证桥梁的正常运营。Taking the space stacking construction under a bridge in Foshan City as the engineering background,the MIDAS/GTS NX software was used to simulate the construction process of space stacking under the bridge in the soft base,and the influence of different stacking construction processes on the existing bridge structure was analyzed based on the characteristics of the deep soft base quality.The results show that the displacement of the existing 49^(#)and 51^(#)bridge structures is"bow"type,and the maximum value is generated at 1/3 of the pile foundation,and the displacement of the existing 50^(#)bridge structure has a tendency to tilt,and the maximum value is generated at the top of the pier.Compared with condition 2,the displacement of 49^(#),50^(#)and 51^(#)bridge structures can be effectively reduced by 4.22%,10.02% and 15.60%compared with working condition 2.With the increase of reinforcement area or depth,the displacement of the existing bridge structure gradually decreased,and the depth reinforcement around the pile foundation decreased by 62.88%,67.22%,71.89%,75.29%,78.76% and 81.28% compared with the unreinforced area.Compared with the unreinforced area,the reinforcement of the area around the pile foundation decreased by 73.37%,90.97% and 92.41% respectively.Under the condition of soft ground,the space stacking construction under the bridge causes a large displacement of the existing bridge,and it is necessary to take certain reinforcement measures for the existing bridge,especially the support piers,to avoid adverse effects of the bridge and ensure the normal operation of the bridge.
