资源“和合”统筹的城市大型公共设施建筑策划——以广东江门体育中心为例

摘　　要：城市大型公共设施集聚庞大资源,其集约高效利用深远影响高品质城市建设。总结江门体育中心建筑策划实践,针对城市大型公共设施内外部资源系统特点,提出强化“和合”统筹的建筑策划,融合专业边界,协同城市规划与建筑设计,通过资源整合、功能复合和空间叠合等方式,引导城市物质空间环境资源利用在多向目标下“用合其利”,进而“和实生物”,增益经济效益、社会效益、环境效益及体验效果,促进设计质量和建筑品质提升。As the systematic environmental resources of large-scale public facilities are composed by two types of inside and outside,an architectural programming mode leading by philosophy of harmony and integration,closing to"planning as designing",have being practicing in Jiangmen Sports Center.Exploring a refinement acting on by all links of urban planning chain,ploys such as resource integration、function combination and space coinciding have being carried on.With the multi-objectives of the environmental resource utilization,economic benefits,social benefit,environmental benefits and experience results not only are taken account of at one and the same time,but also stands to gain from each other.
